Library News for July 2008 |
The summer reading books for grades K through 12 have been pulled from regular shelves and placed together for easier access. For grades 6 through 12 the required summer reading books are behind the circulation desk. The books that the Prospect Public Library owns that are on the recommended list for grades 9-12 are still shelved in their regular location.
Some new books received: Tempting Evil by Allison Brennan, Nothing to Lose by Lee Child, Married Lovers by Jackie Collins, Plague Ship by Clive Cussler, Broken Window by Jeffrey Deaver, Death and Honor by W.E.B.Griffin, Other by David Gutterson, Girl With No Shadow by Joanne Harris, Quicksand by Iris Johansen, Twenty Wishes by Debbie Macomber, Sail by James Patterson.
On display at the Prospect Public Library for the months of June & July are works of "Bug Art" by students from Community School.
