Welcome to Our Summer Reading Program 2008

Bug Out With Books! 2008

Walk-in registration for all Craft Storytimes and Special Programs will begin on Saturday, June 7th at 10:00 a.m. Telephone and walk-in registrations will be accepted after June 7th, 2008, and throughout the summer program.

All Craft Storytimes for 3 ½ to 5 year olds & 6-10 year olds
10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. : REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

3 ½ to 5 year olds
Mondays (July 7 th – August 4th) or Tuesdays (July 8th – August 5th)

6-10 year olds
Wednesdays (July 9th – August 6th)

	Magic Show & Balloon Animals Thursday, June 26^th, 2008 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
	ALL AGES BOARD GAME BONANZA Tuesday, June 24^th at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m Complete with: Backgammon & Chess, CandyLand, Chutes & Ladders, Clue, Hi-Ho Cherry-O, Go Fish, Jenga, Life, Monopoly, Pictionary, Puzzles, Scrabble, Sorry! & Trouble. Or, please bring your favorite board game from home. Light refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome!

And to finish our Bug Out 2008! Program, buzz, walk, crawl, march or fly on over to our special Bug Ball concert with Les Julian on FRIDAY, AUGUST 15^th, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Come dressed as your favorite bug & get ready for a bug parade! We are also partnering with the Norwich Defenders Baseball team in their Connecticut Defenders Summer Reading Program. Come on in and pick up your Connecticut Defenders Summer Reading Form. Library Night at Dodd Stadium will be on Tuesday, August 5^th, 2008; and we’ll have free tickets (while supplies last!) for those in the Connecticut Defenders Summer Reading Program. Please make sure to ask us all about this when you visit this summer!
