Children’s Announcements & Programs 
June 2011

The PPL will have a Father’s Day card making program on Thursday June 16th from 3:45-4:45 for ages 6 to 10. 
Please call the library at 203-758-3001 to register as space is limited.

Local author, John Altman, will be here on Saturday June 18th at 11:00 a.m. to read from his book A to Z of Forgotten Animals. 
All ages are welcome.

The theme for summer will be One World Many Stories. 
Sign-ups for programs will be Saturday June 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in person.
Space is limited for some of the programs. 
Telephone registration will begin on Monday the 27th.

On Mondays starting July 11th the library will have a story time for 2 to 3 ½ years olds from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. 
Program will end August 8th.

On Tuesdays starting July 5th the library will have a story/craft time for 3 ½ to 5 years old from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. 
Program will end August 9th

On Wednesdays starting July 6th ending August 10th there will be a craft program for 6 to 10 years old from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. 
Program will end August 10th.

Thursday July 7th at 11:00 a.m. the library will host Les Julian’s concert We All Laugh in the Same Language. 
This program is suitable for age 3 ½ and up.

Thursday, July 28th at 10:30 a.m., the Children’s Museum will present a Zoo Station program for ages 5 to 12.

Wednesday August 10th at 1:30 p.m. Chris Murwin will be here with his program Music of Many Nations. This program is suitable for age 5 up.

Friday, August 12th at 10:30 a.m. Farmer Minor & Daisy II will be here with their Pig Out on Reading program. 
This program is suitable for age 3 1/2 and up.
